Questions about your figures
Gather the relevant accounting year, the original source and the point you are unsure about. Your own accountant is the right person to review accounting treatment and corrections.
Questions about ownership or a transaction
Note who owns what, what you intend to transfer and which agreements might be affected. Take those facts to an independently chosen Norwegian lawyer or other appropriately qualified advisor.
A problem with a local draft
Check that you are using the same browser and device. Local browser storage is not an account or a cloud backup. Export a report before clearing browser data. If you contact support@salon.no, describe the technical problem without attaching your preparation file or confidential documents.
Contact us without sharing confidential files
For general website questions and privacy requests, email support@salon.no. Email is separate from the local preparation tools. Do not send identity documents, employee or customer information, bank details or confidential company files. Document uploads and public customer accounts remain closed. Restricted operator sign-in is reserved for site administration.
