Using the preparation tools
Use information you have authority to process. You remain responsible for reviewing your entries and deciding what to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal information about staff, customers or other people.
No purchase or sale commitment
The preview does not create a payment obligation, publish your business or accept an offer. Proposed prices describe a possible future service; checkout is not enabled.
Information and estimates
Reports and estimates depend on their inputs and assumptions. They do not guarantee a transaction or a sale price and do not replace advice on your particular legal, accounting, tax or financial circumstances.
Local drafts and exports
Drafts are stored in your browser when available. This is not cloud backup. Keep an independent export of work you want to retain; clearing browser storage or using another device may make a local draft unavailable.
Independent transactions
Any negotiations, contracts, financing and settlement take place independently of this preview. Norshift does not receive a business purchase price or hold money for the parties.
Service provider and future paid services
FALKASETE AS is registered in the Norwegian VAT Register. No subscription, checkout or sale-fee agreement is active. Before any paid service is offered, its exact content, final price, VAT treatment, delivery, cancellation rights and applicable terms will be stated. Viewing proposed prices or creating a preparation file does not agree to a future fee.
