Questions about costs

Can I use the preview without paying?

Yes. The current example journeys and local preparation tools are free to explore. No checkout or subscription is enabled.

Is a percentage fee already agreed?

No. The percentage shown is an earlier proposal. Actual services and fees must be specifically reviewed and agreed before they can be offered.

Does preparing a business guarantee a sale or a price?

No. A preparation file and a value scenario help explain information and assumptions. They do not guarantee interest, a sale or a particular price.

Who handles a business purchase price?

The parties arrange settlement with independently chosen, appropriately authorised professionals. Norshift does not receive the business purchase price.
